So my predictions for the final placings of all teams is as follows:
1 United, 2 Chelsea, 3 City, 4 Arsenal, 5 Liverpool, 6 Spurs, 7 Everton, 8 Villa, 9 Blackburn, 10 Fulham, 11 Stoke, 12 Bolton, 13 Sunderland, 14 West Ham, 15 Birmingham, 16 Newcastle, 17 Wolves, 18 Wigan, 19 West Brom, 20 Blackpool
I reckon maybe at least five right there.

Agree with a United win this time and Wigan, West Brom and Blackpool to get relegated, although maybe not neccessarily in that order. I'd gladly see Stoke go down over any of them, though.
I'll fucking sob if City manage to claw their way into the top four. Can possibly see Spurs leapfrogging Liverpool given that Torres is bound to be out for at least 50% of the season.
Van Persie to be out for around half the season as per usual, and Fabregas to get injured sometime around march before leaving for Barca.
Fabregas will go in the summer for about £34m I think. Then Arsenal will improve for one season and probably finish second or third.
